Baltimore Consulting Ltd was established in 2005. The company provides Project Management and Consulting Engineering Services too many industry sectors but specializes mainly in Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas and Commercial Infrastructure, such as high rise office developments, Hotels and Shopping Malls.

The principal of the Company is Michael O'Donnell who has over 27 years of experience in the field of Engineering and Project Management for a wide variety of customers and facilities. His depth of experience covers the design and construction of pharmaceutical facilities and process systems, food and beverage plants, industrial and commercial infrastructure, buildings including building services installations and Oil and Gas projects.

He is experienced in managing engineering groups and in the construction of multi discipline projects for industry and commercial business. Mr. O'Donnell's excellent leadership skills develop cohesive teams. These teams are focused on the project goals and are responsive to project needs. These project successes are accomplished by balancing the use of staff, consultants, contractors, suppliers and specialists.

Mr. O'Donnell has been practising as a professional engineer for over 25 years in Europe the Middle East and the USA. Through his years of experience he has developed the skills necessary to clearly define the technical support required of a new project and to perceive the technical hurdles and solutions a particular project may present.

All projects undertaken by Baltimore Consulting Ltd are personally supervised by Mr. O'Donnell from initial client consultation and brief to final handover on completion. Where required the services can be performed directly in the clients facility or at our offices.

Baltimore Consulting Ltd will provide project management, professional engineering and construction management skills.

We will help you develop your concepts into a well engineered and constructed project. These concepts will be carried from concept development and engineering through construction management and right through commissioning.

The Project will be operating successfully when we are finished. We will then be available to offer continued support on issues such as future expansion or modifications to the project. Should the unlikely occurrence of technical problems occur, we will be there to manage solutions.

Our process for project management starts from the communication of the client's idea to our project team. This becomes the concept design of the project. These stake holders are your "in-house" managers and operators that are focused on a product or process.

Construction Management: We handle retail, residential, new-build, commercial refurbishment, fit-out and industrial and process engineering.

In order to provide all the services within construction management, we recruit all our personnel from every sector of the industry where they have gained the experience necessary to take on an advisory role.
