The planning, management and supervision of on-site contractors including weekend or shutdown projects, ensuring that the production environment is up to the required GMP to allow manufacturing to re-commence on schedule.

Complete project management from concept to final handover (new or exist builds) to include compilation of cost and schedule, Project justification, planning applications where required, specifying equipment to include development of URS and all Gamp related documentation, Vendor selection and bidding of equipment to include FAT's. Supervision of equipment installation, preparation of contract documents for installation contractors, selection of contractors and bid evaluation, nomination of contractor and site supervision. Validation services to include IQ, OQ and PQ. Project close out and the handover of all required documentation.
